Jupiter is a different mix from the rest of the county. Younger families, a working waterfront, a busy medical centre and a steady churn of property changing hands. The notary work follows that, and it looks nothing like the work twenty minutes south.
The first is planned: a house closing, a refinance, a parental consent letter before a trip, paperwork for a boat changing owners. Those get booked days ahead and go smoothly.
The second is not planned at all. Something happened at Jupiter Medical Center, a family needs a healthcare surrogate form or a power of attorney signed today, and nobody has done this before. We take both, and we do not treat the second like an inconvenience.
Jupiter has more vessel paperwork than anywhere else we cover. Title transfers, bills of sale, lien satisfactions and the documents that follow a boat being bought, sold or moved. Much of it needs a notary and very little of it is complicated, as long as the right person signs in the right place.
We will meet you at the marina, the dock or the yard. It is easier than moving the boat.
Abacoa's density means we are often signing in a condo or townhouse where parking is the only real obstacle, so tell us where to leave the car. Jupiter Island and Tequesta run closer to the estate work we see further south: trusts, deeds and directives, frequently for seasonal residents with a narrow window before they fly north.
