Most notarizations are not complicated. They are just inconvenient. You need a witness with a commission and a seal, you need them today, and you do not have time to drive somewhere and wait. That is the entire problem we solve.

If you are holding a page with a notarial certificate block on it, it is almost certainly something we handle. If you are not sure, send us a photo of the signature page and we will tell you before you book.
Three things, and only three. A valid unexpired photo ID issued by a government: a driver licence, a state ID, a passport, or a military ID. The complete document, unsigned, because Florida requires the signature to happen in front of us. And every person who has to sign, physically present at the same time.
If the document calls for witnesses beyond the notary, you will need to bring your own. We cannot serve as a witness or supply one, so it is worth confirming who they will be before the appointment.
You call or text. We confirm the document type, the address and a time, usually within the hour. We arrive, check ID, confirm you understand what you are signing and are signing willingly, watch you sign, then complete and seal the certificate. A straightforward signing takes ten to fifteen minutes from knock to done.
We record the appointment in a bound journal as a best practice in Florida, and that record stays with us.

No. Witnesses are yours to arrange, and the notary cannot serve as one. If your document calls for witnesses beyond the notary, you will need to bring your own. Tell us what it requires when you book so nothing is a surprise at the table.
No. Florida requires the signer to sign in the notary's presence, or to personally appear and acknowledge the signature as their own. Bring it unsigned and we will handle it correctly.
There is a travel fee on top of the state-capped notarial fee, and it depends on where you are and when. You will hear the full number before we book. No surprises at the table.
