Deeds and quitclaims between family members, affidavits to clear up a name that was spelled three ways across forty years, corrective paperwork a title company has asked for, and estate documents after someone has died.
We are not the people who decide what the document should say. A title company or an attorney works that out. We confirm who you are and witness the signature, and we do it where you are rather than making you drive to an office.
Lake Worth Beach is one of the most linguistically mixed places in the county, and this is the honest part. Florida requires the notary to communicate directly with the signer, to be satisfied they understand what they are signing and are doing it willingly. That communication cannot run through a family member or a third-party interpreter.
We work in English. Call before you book and tell us plainly who will be signing, and we will tell you honestly whether we can help rather than arriving and having to stop.
Much of our Lake Worth work happens somewhere other than a house: an office off Lake Avenue, a cafe table, a care facility, occasionally a car park near the beach because that is where everyone could actually be at the same time.
Any of those is fine. What matters is that every signer is physically present with photo ID and the document is still unsigned.
