The island generates more outbound paperwork than the rest of the county combined. Property abroad, foreign accounts, dual citizenship, overseas entities. The notarization on those has to be done correctly the first time, because a package that comes back from overseas costs weeks rather than days.
Tell us the destination country when you book. Requirements differ, and knowing it up front means we execute the notarial certificate the receiving side will accept.
Between roughly November and April the calendar compresses. Clients arrive with a list, a departure date and very little tolerance for a second appointment. We plan for that: everything reviewed in advance, witness requirements raised before the appointment rather than at it, and where possible the whole list handled in one sitting. The witnesses themselves are arranged on your side, since a Florida notary cannot provide them or act as one.
