What short notice actually means here

Evenings, weekends and same-day appointments are a normal part of this work rather than a favour we grant occasionally. We are based in Palm Beach Gardens, so for the north county - the Gardens, Juno, North Palm, Jupiter - a same-day request is usually straightforward. Further south it depends on the day.

Tell us the deadline first and the preferred time second. If a procedure is scheduled for the morning, or a courier collects at four, that fixed point is the only thing that matters and we will build the rest around it.

When we will tell you no

We would rather lose the booking than take your money and miss your deadline.

If a signer has no valid ID, there is no same-day workaround. If a document needs two disinterested witnesses at nine at night in a memory care unit, that is unlikely and we will say so on the phone.

A straight answer at the start is worth more than an optimistic one that falls apart at six o'clock.

What genuinely helps us move fast

Send a photo of the signature page before we set out. It takes you thirty seconds and it lets us see the notarial wording, spot a witness requirement, and confirm we are bringing the right thing.

Have every signer in one place with ID in hand. Confirm gate access, building access or a room number. Most delays are not driving time, they are standing at a gatehouse while somebody tries to reach the person expecting us.

After hours does not mean rushed

Speed applies to getting there, not to the signing. We still check identification properly, still confirm the signer knows what they are signing, still complete the certificate correctly. A document executed badly at nine at night is not a solved problem, it is a problem that reappears later wearing a disguise.
